Accommodation/Tenancy
If you or someone you know is looking for tenancy services, we can help. We offer a range of tenancies to suit all needs — from housing for people living with a disability to programs for people living in their own home who need support.
Assist-Life Stage, Transition
Going through changes can be especially hard if you have a disability, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Care Without Limits specialises in support of NDIS participants throughout life stage transitions.
Assist-Personal Activities
We offer a wide range of assistive care services including but not limited to: bathing and grooming, dressing, toileting, cooking and meal preparation.
Home Modification
We offer a wide range of home modifications, including wheelchair ramps and assists, stair lifts, grab bars and more. All of these modifications will make your home safer and more accessible for you or your loved one with disabilities.
Community Nursing Care
Care Without Limits provides community nursing care services to carefully monitor, support and provide relief for the disabled in their own homes. Our caregivers are highly trained, compassionate and dedicated individuals who provide the best care possible to each client.
Daily Tasks/Shared Living
We provide a range of services that can be tailored to your needs, including daily tasks and shared living arrangements. You can choose from our in-house care or find someone you trust to provide home care.
Innov Community Participation
We offer a variety of services to give you wider opportunities to live life on your terms. From access to physical mobility devices to education programs that allow you to work as an entrepreneur or with animals, Care Without Limits wants you to know there are no limits to what you can do.
Development-Life Skills
With our vocational training and life skills program, participants are trained on how to gain and maintain employment. The program is designed to provide participants with the skills they need while also providing them with the opportunity to explore their interests.
Early Childhood Supports
At Care Without Limits we aim to empower people with disabilities to advocate for themselves and be active members of their community. We provide early childhood supports, early childhood development programs, family supports, and community supports so that young people with disabilities can have the best start in life.
Household Tasks
Supporting people to live in their own home is at the heart of what we do. Care Without Limits provides assistance to people with disabilities through the provision of household tasks, social support, and community inclusion.
Participate Community
If you have a disability, chronic condition, mental illness, or other disabling conditions and want to live life to the fullest and participate in community life, Care without Limits is here for you. Plan Management
We're more than just a disability service. We offer a wide variety of services and benefits to help you navigate the NDIS including, budget management, counselling, insurance, and referrals for other community resources. Our staff will work tirelessly with you to help you achieve your goals.
Therapeutic Supports
We understand that each individual has unique needs and goals, which is why we offer therapeutic supports to help you reach your potentials. We have extensive knowledge in the field of occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapy.
Group/Centre Activities
Care Without Limits is committed to equity and diversity by making our programs accessible to all Australians. Our group/centre activities are specifically designed for both individuals and groups that assist people with disabilities to achieve better quality of life.
